Two Arrested in Frederick Burglary

Officers with the Frederick Police Department said on Monday, August 11 at 6:50 p.m. they were called to a burglary in progress in the 400 block of W. South Street.
FREDERICK, Md. - Police arrested two Frederick residents after they were caught red-handed breaking into someone's residence. 

Officers with the Frederick Police Department said on Monday, August 11 at 6:50 p.m. they were called to a burglary in progress in the 400 block of W. South Street. 

As police arrived they saw an open back door and window. As officers entered the home to clear it, they saw two people inside. 

Officers identified the two as Wayne Allen Chadderton, 48, and Angelita Ferguson Hunt, 29, of Frederick. Both did not live at the residence and did not have permission to be there. 

Both were placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. Both are charged with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing.
