Two Indicted in Hampshire County Murder

Mandy O'Hara and John Shoemaker are both accused of killing Mandy's estranged husband, Michael O'Hara last fall.
HAMPSHIRE COUNTY, W.Va. - A Grand Jury indicted two people on murder charges Wednesday.

Mandy O'Hara and John Shoemaker are both accused of killing Mandy's estranged husband, Michael O'Hara last fall.

O'Hara, Shoemaker, and Gabriella Clutter were all arrested and charged in October 2013 of allegedly murdering Michael, then dumping his body in a river in Hampshire County.

Both Shoemaker and Mandy were indicted Wednesday on charges of murder, conspiracy, burglary and concealing a body. According to court officials, Micheal O'Hara's body was later recovered from the Cacapon River wrapped in a tarp.

Sheriff's deputies say Mandy O'Hara had been battling over the custody of two of their five children.
