Two Men Accused with Stealing Copper Piping from House

While in the basement, police say the two removed copper piping. Total damage is around $4,000. Charges are pending.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - Two men are to face burglary charges after Pennsylvania State Police say they broke into a man's basement, stealing copper piping and damaging his house. 

The incident happened between April 26 and April 29, 2014 along 9218 Lincoln Way East in St. Thomas Township. 

State police say two men Jeffrey Franklin Jarrett, 29, and Joshua Steven Roberts, 27, removed a residential central air unit from the 46-year-old victim's property. The two men then proceeded to cut a pad lock off a rear door to gain access to the basement of the house. 

While in the basement, police say the two removed copper piping. Total damage is reported around $4,000. Charges are pending.
