*A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Garrett County, MD through Sunday night. Showers and thunderstorms will develop later tomorrow afternoon and evening, and could be locally heavy downpours to the region. Where the areas of heavy rain occur, flash flooding is possible.

Tomorrow(Sunday): Mostly sunny skies during the morning will give way to another hot and humid afternoon with partly sunny skies. Shower and thunderstorms will develop and move through the region by the afternoon and evening. Locally heavy downpours are possible. High: 87-92. Heat index values of 92-97 are expected during the afternoon hours.
