Deputies Searching for Couple in Wal-Mart Theft

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is looking for two individuals in connection to a theft at the Wal-Mart on Guilford Drive in Frederick.
FREDERICK, MD- The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is looking for two individuals in connection to a theft at a local Wal-Mart. 

It happened around 2:30 a.m. on Guilford Drive in Frederick. 

The 53-year-old victim told police he had forgotten his wallet at the checkout counter, and when he returned to the store his wallet had been stolen. 

The Sheriff's Office released the store's surveillance video, which shows a few minutes after the victim left the store, a man and woman checked out at the same register. They say you can see the man picking up the victim's wallet and using the cash inside to pay for the items. He then pocketed the wallet and left the store. 

Deputies say the couple was seen driving a black Ford Explorer. 

The first suspect is described a white male, tall, with a black mustache, wearing a white t-shirt and black hat with a red bill and Maryland flag. He also had tattoos sleeves on both arms. The second suspect is described as a white woman, with red hair, wearing a white t-shirt, black stretch pants and black shoes.
