Fulton County Man Faces Child Abuse Charges

A Fulton County man is facing several child abuse charges, after investigators say he broke several bones of a one-year-old child.
FULTON COUNTY, Pa. - A Fulton County man is facing several child abuse charges, after investigators say he broke several bones of a one-year-old child. 

Investigators with the Pennsylvania State Police allege that Mitchell Knipp, 21, abused a one-year-old boy multiple times over the course of several weeks in the winter of 2012. 

They say the baby suffered multiple fractures while under Knipp's care. The abuse took place inside a McConnellsburg home, according to investigators. 

Knipp has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
