Industrial Fatal Accident has Locals Concerned

While fire officials say they've seen industrial accidents before, they are relatively rare in the Greencastle Antrim Township area.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. - An industrial accident that killed one man has locals concerned about the future safety in the Greencastle area of Pennsylvania.

Near the entrance of Manitowoc Cranes, the American flag is lowered half-mast in memory of Rickie Grimsley, an employee who died on site Thursday afternoon.

While fire officials say they've seen industrial accidents before, they are relatively rare in the Greencastle Antrim Township area.

"It's nothing we do all the time. I mean yes I would consider it unusual but they do happen," said Tyler Myers, of Greencastle Rescue Hoes Company.

Officials with the Pennsylvania State Police say the case was ruled as accidental.
