Frederick County:

Where: Lawyers Farm and Corn Maze

13001 Creagerstown Rd.

Thurmont, MD 21788

What: Corn mazes, pumpkin cannons, indoor playground, indoor hay maze and much more.

When: Fri 5-10pm*, Sat 12-10pm*, Sun 12-5pm* (*last ticket sold at this time)

Cost: Admission $7. 5 & under Free.

Where: Crumland Farms

Frederick, MD 21702

What: Pumpkin picking and pre-picked pumpkins available too. There is an 8-acre corn maze to get lost in.

When: Monday -Sunday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., September through November 2

Cost: Admission and weekend hayrides to pumpkin patch are free. Pumpkins are 50 cents per pound.

Where: Summers Farm

What: Plenty to do here! A corn maze, pumpkin patch, giant slides, hay rides, famr tunnels rubber ducky races and much more!

When: Monday - Thursday, 3 p.m. -6 p.m., Friday - Sunday, 10 a.m. -6 p.m.,  September 28- October 31

Where: Cove Run Farm

What: This family owned farm has a tractor-pulled hay rides, farm animals, pony rides and a corn maze.

When: Friday- Noon - 10 p.m., Saturday Noon - 9 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Cost: Adults (11 & up) $8.00, Children (3-10) $4.00, 2 under and Free

More Info: The theme this year is 'Warm the Children.' The farm said they donate a portion of the proceeds to the local Warm the Children.

Where: Celebration Farm

What: A pick-your-own pumpkin patch. They have three corn mazes! And you can stay late and try to find your way out at night. Bring your flashlight. All proceeds benefit local Faith Based Non-Profits Organizations.

When: Fridays-5-10 p.m., Saturdays- Noon-10 p.m., Sundays-Noon-5 p.m. Open through October 27, 2013

Cost:  Adults & Teens $6, 5-12 yrs. $3 / 4 and under free
