Man accused of threatening neighbors with knife

According to the victims, the suspect walked toward them with the knife exposed while making threatening statements that he was going to stab them.
CUMBERLAND, MD - On Tuesday, Cumberland City Police officers were sent to the Fort Cumberland Homes housing complex after a report of a man with a knife threatening to stab people in the area. 

Officers contacted two victims who gave a description of the suspect.  The victims said the suspect had come out of his home and became involved in a verbal altercation.  

After the argument, the suspect allegedly walked back into his home and returned with a knife. 

According to the victims, the suspect walked toward them with the knife exposed while making threatening statements that he was going to stab them. 

Charles Trabing IV of Cumberland was arrested and charged with attempted assault and reckless endangerment.  He was later released on bond.
