Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Routine Traffic Stop

Police in Charles Town, W.Va. arrested a man after two jars of marijuana, a baggie of marijuana, digital scales and cash were found inside the vehicle.
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Police say a Charles Town man is facing charges after drugs were found inside the vehicle he was in during a routine traffic stop. 

Officers say Christopher Moody is charged with possession with the intent to deliver. They say Moody was the passenger inside the car. 

Police report that both Moody and the driver acted nervous during the stop, and that a police dog indicated drugs were inside the vehicle. A police report said that marijuana was found on the floor near the passenger seat. 

Officers say they recovered two large jars of marijuana, a baggie of marijuana, digital scales and cash. 

Moody is being held at the Eastern Regional Jail on $100,000 bond. The driver of the car has not been charged.
