Logan Tyler Buchanan, 30, is facing several felony criminal charges, including operating a methamphetamine laboratory, possessing the precursors and chemicals necessary to produce methamphetamine, illegally dumping chemical waste, and causing or risking a catastrophe.
Josie Lee McCormick, 33, of Waynesboro, is also facing the same charges in connection to the meth lab fire. McCormick also plead not guilty earlier this month.
Both could face up to 20 years behind bars in convicted.
McCormick and Buchanan are currently being held at the Franklin County Jail.
McCormick is due in court on October 17th, while Buchanan is scheduled to appear in court again on October 24th during the next trial term.
