Man Listed on Eastern Panhandle's Most Wanted Arrested

Officials say they located and arrested Brian Nickens, in Charles Town, West Virginia.
WEST VIRGINIA - On Monday, members of the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested a man on the Eastern Panhandle's most wanted list. 

Officials say they located and arrested Brian Nickens, 28, in Charles Town, West Virginia. Nickens was located in a car in the parking lot of a local Long John Silver’s Restaurant.

Nickens was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service on a warrant charging him with violation of his bond conditions stemming from a case where Nickens was charged with being a drug user in possession of a firearm.

Nickens is currently being held at the Eastern Regional Jail awaiting trial.
