Man on Eastern Panhandles Most Wanted List Arrested

Bank was wanted on multiple charges, including distribution of crack cocaine, marijuana and assault.
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested a Martinsburg man Friday who was wanted on the Eastern Panhandles Most Wanted list. 

The U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force is comprised of members from the United States Marshals Service, Shepherdstown Police Department, Maryland State Police, Frederick County Sheriff's Department and U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement. 

Officials say they found Sierran Banks, 22, on Willowdale Drive in Frederick, Maryland. Banks was wanted on multiple warrants, including distribution of crack cocaine, marijuana and assault. 

Officials say Banks fled the state of West Virginia to avoid arrest. 

Banks is charged as a fugitive and is currently waiting extradition back to West Virginia.
