Martinsburg man accused of making threatening phone call

A Martinsburg man was arrested Friday on a charge of making terroristic threats after police say he was recorded telling a Potomac Edison employee that he would come to Potomac Edison and “kill everyone he saw.”
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – A Martinsburg man was arrested Friday on a charge of making terroristic threats after police say he was recorded telling a Potomac Edison employee that he would come to Potomac Edison and “kill everyone he saw.”

According to a press release from the Martinsburg Police Department, Michael Kay Keller II was booked Friday after police reviewed a recording of the call and spoke with an employee from the utility company as well as Keller.

The local Potomac Edison office was placed on lock down for a short time Friday but no one was hurt.
