Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms over the next 36 hours, could bring enough rain to cause localized flash flooding over the watch area. Tonight: Flash Flood Watch in effect for Garrett County, MD... Partly to mostly cloudy skies, and continued humid.  A chance of an early evening shower or thunderstorm. Patchy fog developing after midnight.  Low: 68-73.

Tomorrow (Wednesday): Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Garrett County, MD... Partly sunny skies with the chance of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms; continued humid. Some storms could be severe with damaging winds the primary threat.  High: 86-91.

Tomorrow Night: Partly cloudy skies with a chance of early showers and thunderstorms; remaining humid. A few storms could be strong to severe early.  Low: 70-75.
