Two Arrested for Possession of Heroin in Frederick

It happened around 6:22 p.m. Sunday in the area of 500 Fleming Avenue.
FREDERICK, Md. - Two Thurmont residents are behind bars Monday after heroin and drug paraphernalia were found inside their vehicle. 

It happened around 6:22 p.m. Sunday in the area of 500 Fleming Avenue in Frederick. 

Frederick City Police say they were called to the area for a report of a theft and dispute. The victim told police he had gotten into a fight with the two suspects over money and drugs. The two had chased after the victim, who jumped into Carroll Creek. 

Officers were able to find the vehicle and two suspects near Baker Park and Fleming Avenue. A K-9 scan was conducted on the vehicle and officers found heroin and paraphernalia inside. 

Police say Alice Kolb, 23, and Justin Naylor, 32, both of Thurmont, Md., are charged possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute heroin. Both were taken to Frederick County central booking for processing.
