Two Arrested in Prostitution Ring in Winchester

The Winchester Police Department arrested two people after they say the two were holding a prostitution business in their apartment. 
WINCHESTER, VA- The Winchester Police Department arrested two people after they say the two were holding a prostitution business in their apartment. 

Police say they were called to execute a search warrant at 340 Woodstock Lane Apt. 3 on Thursday June 6, 2013. Officers say they were following up on information received about possible prostitution at the address. 

While conducting a surveillance, police say they saw several parked cars in front of the residence and several men go into and then leave the apartment. One man told an officer he was there to have sex with a woman for $180. 

Police say Miguel Angel-Gutierrez, 27, of Maryland, is charged with keeping a bawdy place, aiding in prostitution, no business license, unlawful to engage in business massage, identity theft and fugitive from justice out of Maryland. 

Gricelda Lopez, 24, of Philadelphia, Pa., is charged with prostitution, aiding in prostitution, keeping a bawdy place, no business license and unlawful to engage in business of massage. 

Police say both are being held at Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center without bond.
