Two Hagerstown Residents Arrested in Multiple Car Thefts

The Washington County Sheriff's Office have arrested two Hagerstown residents in connection to several thefts from cars over the weekend.
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Md. - The Washington County Sheriff's Office have arrested two Hagerstown residents in connection to several thefts from cars over the weekend. 

Deputies say they responded to Saint James Village North around 3 p.m. Sunday after reports of suspicious activity in the area. Deputies found Catlin Rose, 20, and John Eller, 22, nearby with stolen items from multiple cars in their possession. 

The two have been charged with two counts of rouge and vagabond and one count of theft less than $1,000. 

Rose and Eller were both released on a $2,500 unsecured bond. 

The Washington County Sheriff's Office said they would like to remind residents to conceal or remove items of value from their vehicles and to always keep their vehicles locked.
