West Virginia State Police Searching for Wanted Man

The West Virginia State Police is asking the public's help in finding William Quandre Waters of Baltimore, Maryland.
BERKELEY COUNTY, Wv. - The West Virginia State Police is  seeking the public's help in locating a man who is believed to be in the  Berkeley County area.

William Quandre Waters was indicted by a Federal  Grand Jury and is watned for sex trafficking of minors from Maryland to West  Virginia. Waters is from Baltimore and has heroin distribution ties there.

Waters has been in the Berkeley County area for several weeks. He goes  by several names such as: Brew, Drew, Andrew and Sam.

Waters is  described as 5'10" about 160 lbs.
