The Warren County Sheriff's office said all eight individuals were living in a small trailer, and that during the raid a child was discovered among the group of heroin addicts.

The fire was quickly knocked down inside the seven-story building by units with the Martinsburg Fire Department. They said the building is intact and sustained no damages.
