Stephanie's Sunday Forecast 8/10/14

High pressure is still in charge for Sunday – we’ll be dry and clear with highs in the lower 80’s, some spots in the upper 70’s in the Potomac Highlands.  We’ll have a shift to SE winds around 5-10 MPH.  Tonight we’ll begin to see increasing clouds as low pressure begins to move closer to the 4State.  A cold front will pass through the region on Monday/Tuesday, bringing us thunderstorms and rainfall.  High pressure will build over the region toward the end of the work week.  Temperatures will stay below average for this time of the year throughout the 7-day forecast period. 


Sunday:  Mostly sunny, a typical summer’s day.   High: 84,  Low: 63. 


Monday:  Partly sunny with the chance of a late thunderstorm and showers.  High:  80, Low: 64. 


Tuesday:  Thunderstorms likely as a front moves through the region.  High:  76,  Low:  66. 


Wednesday:  Partly sunny and nice.  High:  78,  Low:  56. 


Thursday:  Sunny and calm.  High:  77,  Low:  55. 


Friday:  Mostly sunny.  High:  79,  Low:  58. 


Saturday:  Sunny.  High:  81,  Low:  60.
