TODAY: It will be partly sunny and with a weak clipper passing by to our north, a few flurries are possible in southern Pennsylvania and also Western Maryland. It will turn windy in the afternoon with a westerly wind gusting as high as 35mph at times. The high 37. Wind chills will be in the 20s in the afternoon.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and seasonably cold with a low of 21. Temperatures at midnight will drop into the mid to upper 20s.
NEW YEARS DAY (WEDNESDAY): Expect clouds and some sun with a high of 39.
THURSDAY: A low pressure from the west will transfer it's energy to a coastal low. At this point, look for a chance of light snow developing late in the afternoon and evening. Right now, it doesn't look like a major snowstorm for us as the low will develop to far out to sea and remain to weak. Stay tuned for updates as we are still a couple days out from this storm. Either way, it will be cold with highs in the mid to upper 30s.
FRIDAY: The storm departs, it's partly sunny and windy early with highs only in the low 20s! Wind chills will be in the teens at times.
SATURDAY: A blend of sun and clouds and not as cold. High 37.
SUNDAY: Look for more clouds ahead of our next storm. It brings the chance of a wintry mix to rain. High 39.
MONDAY: Partly sunny and seasonably chilly. The high 41.
Enjoy your day! Alan
