A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1PM WITH 1/4" OR MORE OF FREEZING RAIN.
TODAY: Freezing rain early this morning will end around 9am. 1/4" or more of ice will be coated on every surface leading to the potential of snapped trees and power outages. We may see some peeks of midday sunshine with highs in the upper 30s north to low 40s south leading to some melting of the ice.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, cold and blustery with lows in the low to mid 20s. Some icy patches will develop.
THURSDAY: Partly sunny and chilly with highs around 30.
FRIDAY: A mix of clouds and sunshine with a high of 32.
SATURDAY: A low pressure will pass to our south of the coast spreading light snow and flurries over the area. It does not look like a big storm. The high 30.
SUNDAY: Another piece of energy brings the chance of light snow with a high in the upper 20s.
MONDAY: Staying cold with some breaks of sun. High 28.
TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy and staying cold with highs in the mid 20s.
