Weather Synopsis: We had plenty of sunshine on Thursday, and it looks like that trend will continue into our Friday, as well as our weekend.
High Pressure will control our forecast through the weekend, bringing us lots of sunshine with a few clouds towards the end of the weekend. Temperatures will be right around average for Friday, and then a few degrees above average for Saturday into Sunday. Our next chance of showers and thunderstorms comes as we get late into Sunday Night (after 9:00 P.M.), and that lasts into Monday as we see an upper level disturbance work towards the region. That combined with the increase in heat and humidity will create the chances for showers and thunderstorms through the middle of the week. We'll have to keep an eye on Sunday Night, to see if our thunderstorm chances will be increased with that system moving towards the area.
I will see you on WHAG Morning News, then again Sunday Night on WHAG News at 11:00 PM!
