Weather Synopsis: After our system rolled through for the weekend bringing over an inch of rain to the area, we'll see some sunshine as we get into New Year's Eve. We will ring in 2014, on a cold note with a mixture of sun and clouds, before our next system which we are keeping a close eye on moves in as we get into Thursday. As we watch a weak area of low pressure move north and west of the region, we will look for a developing area of low pressure move towards the region. We are looking for this to start off as some snow, then change over to rain, then back to snow as a cold front moves through the region. THEN, some colder air comes into the region as we get into Friday and Saturday.
Have a great Monday and I will see you on WHAG News at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 & 11:00 PM!
