Hazardous Weather Outlook: There is the *POTENTIAL* for a major player winter storm to effect the region from Wednesday Night into Thursday.  The track and strength of this low pressure system is still to be determined, but the models are coming into better alignment with the potential for this storm in the middle portions of the week. Stay with WHAG: Your Local Weather Leader, we’ll keep you ahead of the storm!

Weather Synopsis:  The snow on Sunday made things very tricky in the travel department this morning, as most schools went on 2 Hour Delay to allow things to warm up a little bit to get everyone to school safe. After a bitter cold night tonight and more sunshine on Tuesday, we turn our attention to the potential of a major player winter storm on Wednesday into Thursday. The models are still coming into agreement on this storm, but there is the *POTENTIAL* for a major winter storm in our region. Where the snow to no snow line sets up will be very finite, and that means some of us may see snow, and some of us will see potentially no snow at all. It all depends on the track of this low pressure system and the strength as well. Some models have us getting light snow, some have this dropping quite a bit of snow. We will know more when the models come into better agreement as we get into the next 24 hours.  After this storm moves out, we will see dry weather for the first half of the weekend, then it looks like a clipper system moves in for Sunday giving us another chance of light snow, then dry weather as we get into the beginning of next week.

Stay tuned for the latest details on this storm as we get into the next few days, remember, track and strength will make all the difference!
