Weather Synopsis: The summer like weather has returned to the region today, feeling much more like summer this afternoon, and it looks like we are going to have a few days of some showers and thunderstorms before an extended dry period is forecast to move into the region.
As we watch a cold front head towards the region for Tuesday and Wednesday, we will keep the chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast, also with the summer like heat and humidity. Some places earlier on Monday Morning had some dense fog, and we’re going to keep some patchy dense fog in the forecast for Tuesday Morning.
High pressure will have control of the forecast from the latter portions of this week, and the upcoming weekend with continued lower humidity values, but seasonable temperatures will remain through the entire period, before the operational forecast models are locking onto another low pressure system heading towards the region as we get into early next week bringing back our chances of showers and thunderstorms.
Have a great Monday Evening!!
