A Flood Watch is in effect for Franklin and Adam's Counties until Sunday evening.  Localized flooding may also develop near streams, creeks, and rivers across parts of the 4State today.   Up to 2.0" of rain can be expected by Sunday afternoon.  

TODAY:  Heavy rain at times.  HIGH:  50.  Winds: NE 8-10 MPH.

TONIGHT:  Rain continues as a cold front stalls out in the Mid-Atlantic.   LOW:  38.

SUNDAY:  Morning rain.  HIGH:  53,  LOW:  35.  Winds:  NW 15-25 MPH, Gusts: 35 MPH.  

MONDAY:  Sunny and milder.  HIGH:  64,  LOW:  40. 

TUESDAY:  Plenty of sunshine and warm!  HIGH:  70,  LOW:  43.  

WEDNESDAY:  Mostly sunny.  HIGH:  66,  LOW:  44. 

THURSDAY:  Rain showers possible.  HIGH:  64,  LOW:  49.
